2 cups cooked rice
2 1/2 cups milk
2 large eggs
2/3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and add cooked rice. Beat eggs, add sugar, vanilla and raisins. Combine with rice and milk mixture. Pour in baking dish and dot with butter. Set dish in pan of hot water. Bake 450º for 20 minutes. Lower heat to 300º and bake until custard is firm ( about 15-20 minutes) sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
