1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
t tsp of vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 egg
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, butter, vanilla, almond extract and egg in a large bowl.
2. Sift in flour, baking soda and cream of tartar. Cover and refrigerated 2-3 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
4. Divide dough into halves and roll out on lightly floured board.
5. Form into 3 inch discs or use cookie cutters to make shapes.
6. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes until edges are light brown. Cool completely.
