Whole Chicken
2 cups rice
1 sliced onion
2 sliced carrots
1/2 head of cabbage
fresh mint
limes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the whole chicken until its cooked. Once the chicken is finished take it out of the water and tear it apart, so no bones are in the soup. Add the onions, cabbage, carrots, mint, and rice into the chicken broth with the chicken. Cook until vegetables are softened, add chicken bullion if needed for flavor. Once the soup is finished serve with limes.
