1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1 box stuffing mix dry
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 onion chopped
spices to taste ( pepper, seasoning salt)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, egg, stuffing mix together. Add 1/3 can of mushroom soup (do not dilute) and blend in. Add more stuffing mix if needed. Pat in skillet on low and drown like you would hamburger, but leave it whole until your ready to turn it over. Divide into sections and brown other side. Add water to the rest of soup about 1/2 to 3/4 cups, and mix together. Pour over meat in the pan. If you want you can add another can of soup instead of adding the water. Pour on top and cook on low until hamburger is done. Lift the edge of the hamburger so some of the soup mix gets underneath.
