1 package graham crackers
1 stick melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar

Filling:
4 8oz packages cream cheese (softened)
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 large containers of sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Put graham crackers into a ziplock bag and beat with a rolling pin. Add butter and sugar and mix well. For a crust on bottom of a spring form pan. Pre heat oven to 375º.

Filling: Beat the 4 packages of cream cheese well, add 2 cups of sugar and gradually add the 6 eggs, add sour cream, vanilla and lemon juice all at one time. Mix well. Pour into a pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Shut off oven and leave in oven for 1 1/2 hours. DO NOT OPEN OVEN!! Take out and cool for 2 hours. Cover with foil and set in refrigerator for 24 hours before cutting.
