1 package chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 package cream cheese (softened)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Pre heat oven 325º. In a saucepan melt butter, chocolate chips and add graham cracker crumbs. (save about 1/4 cup of crumbs for later). Pat down in a 9x13 pan. In a separate bowl beat cream cheese, egg, milk and vanilla. Pour over crumbs and sprinkle 1/4 cup crumbs on top. Cook 25 to 30 minutes, cool, then refrigerate 2 hours or more. Cut into 24 squares.
