Crust:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Filling:
1 8oz package cream cheese (softened)
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Glaze:
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/2 to 1 tablespoon hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Mix in other ingredients and spread onto a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350º for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. Cool, then top with cream cheese filling and your choice of fresh fruits. For glaze, heat syrup and thin with a little water. Drizzle just enough glaze over pizza to keep fruit from browning. Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve.
