1 ½ c. Bisquick
½ c. milk
7 medium tomatoes, skinned, drained and sliced (blanche in boiling water to remove skins, pat dry between paper towels after sliced)
Garlic salt
Lemon pepper
Basil
Chives or green onion
1 c. mayo
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 small chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400. For crust, mix Bisquick and milk until paste forms. Put ball between wax paper, flatten, place into bottom of pie tin or small baking dish. Bake for 5 minutes.

Layer tomatoes on top of crust and sprinkle with all seasonings. Mix mayo, cheese, onion, salt, pepper together and layer on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
