2 ¼ c. all-purpose flour, divided 2 c. and ¼ c.
½ c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
4 large eggs
2 c. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
1/3 c. lemon juice
½ tsp. baking powder
Powdered sugar to top

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine 2 c. flour and ½ c. powdered sugar. Cut butter into flour mixture with a pastry blender until crumbly. Firmly press mixture into a lightly greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. until lightly browned. Whisk eggs in large bowl, whisk in 2 c. sugar and lemon juice. Combine remaining ¼ c. flour, salt and baking powder. Whisk into egg mixture. Pour into crust. Bake another 25 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
