Brownie ingredients:
1 2/3 C Nestle choclatier chocolate morsels
1 1/4 C all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. granulated sugar
1/3 C butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/3 C. frozen raspberries, drained and mashed

Raspberry mousse:
1 pkg. cream cheese softened
3/4 C. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
6-7 drops red food coloring (optional)
1/4 C. frozen raspberries drained,mashed
1/3 C. whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350º Grease 9 inch square baking pan
Microwave 1 C. morsels in a small microwave safe bowl on high for 45 seconds. Stir. Morsels may retain some of their original shape. If necessary microwave another 10-15 seconds until smooth.Cool to room temp.
Combine flour,baking powder,and salt in a small bowl. Beat granulated sugar,butter and vanilla extract in medium bowl until creamy. Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy. Beat in melted chocolate. Stir in flour mix until well blended. Stir in mashed raspberries.Spread into baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.Cool completely on a wire rack.
For mousse chop remaining morsels into 1/4 inch pieces. Beat cream cheese,powdered sugar,vanilla extract and food coloring. Beat until creamy. Fold in mashed raspberries and chocolate morsels.
Beat cream in small bowl until stiff peaks prom. Fold in raspberry cream cheese mixture until well blended. Spread mousse over cooled brownies. Refrigerate 1 hour.
