6 oz canned crabmeat, drained, flaked
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp dried tarragon
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Broil English muffins 4-6 inches from heat for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the crabmeat, mayonnaise, juice, pepper, and tarragon. Spread over each muffin half; sprinkle with cheese. Broil for 2-3 minutes more, until cheese is melted.
