1/2 lb butter
2 tsp from box of crab boil (Old Bay is acceptable, but not as good!)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbs parsley
1/4 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp garlic powder (minced garlic)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
2 lb large shrimp (DO NOT PEEL)

1 big loaf of soft French bread

Directions:
Directions:
1. Arrange two layers of shrimp evenly in 9x13 inch pan. Pour everything except the butter over shrimp. Slice and dot the butter randomly across the top of the shrimp.

2. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until shrimp separates from shell, then broil for 5 minutes. Stir shrimp around halfway through cooking. Don't overcook!

3. Serve with big slices of French bread to dip into the sauce. Enjoy!

Optional: Serve with lemon wedges if desired, some people prefer a strong lemony flavor with seafood.
