2 thinly sliced Zucchinis
1 sliced Onion
1 sliced Tomato
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Basil
1/2 cup Parmesean Cheese
1-2 cups Tomato Sauce
1 cup cubed and buttered Bread (Italian, French)
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Layer zucchini, onion, tomato and spices in casserole dish. Pour tomato sauce over casserole.

Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and add bread and cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.
