1.5 lb. hamburger meat
4 cup of shredded cheese (Colby jack is the best)
package of corn tortillas
Large can of Green or Red Enchillada Sauce (Old El Paso Green is my favorite)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown your hamburger meat on med. heat, season to taste
Drain off the fat and add 1/2 of the Enchilada Sauce to the meat in pan, simmer on low while you assemble the rest of the ingredients
Preheat oven to 400
Take a 9X9 baking dish, spray it with Pam
Now begin layering all the ingredients
Pour 1/3 of the enchilada sauce that's left in the bottom of the dish. Lay two corn tortillas on top of the sauce trying to cover as much as possible. Now pour half of the hamburger on top, spread around. Put a layer of cheese. Repeat the layers. Make the top layer sauce and cheese. Bake at 400º until casserole is bubbling and cheese is melted on top.
