2/3 cup Butter
2/3 cup Flour
7 cups Milk
4 large Baking Potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
4 sliced Green Onions
12 slices cooked and crumbled Bacon (opt)
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large kettle, melt butter and add flour until smooth. Whisk in milk until thick.

Add potatoes and onion and bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer 10 minutes.

Add rest of ingredients and simmer until cheese melts.
