1 (14 oz.) Can Artichoke Hearts, Drained and Chopped
1 c. Mayo
1 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Clove Garlic, Minced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate. Bake 20-25 min or until lightly browned. Serve w/ assorted crackers or pita bread.
