1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 small can chopped olives
1 can black beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 medium can enchilada sauce
Cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef; drain. Season with pepper and garlic slat. Drain black beans and mix in with meet; set aside. In a bowl mix enchilada sauce and tomatoes. Break tortillas into large pieces and cover bottom of casserole dish. Put half of your beef mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle half of the olives and cheese over beef. Spoon sauce over, and then begin again with the tortillas, beef, and olives. On the last layer add the sauce and than top with cheese.
