4 egg yolks
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash cayenne

Bring butter just to boil. Pulse egg yolks, lemon juice, cayenne once or twice. Then with processor running, SLOWLY ( drops at first), pour butter down spout. Will become sauce quickly.
