1 round sourdough bread
1 large container sour cream
1 package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (cheesecloth)
1 package Mrs Knorr's vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts, coarsely chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Scoop out bread by cutting "lid" off top, reserve lid and inside pieces of bread. Mix all other ingredients and place in bread bowl, replace lid. Store in foil in fridge. Chill at least a two hours. Serve cool w/ sliced baguettes and/or inside of sourdough round.
