8 large hard-boiled eggs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp minced chives
1 tsp mustard
dash cayenne pepper
salt
black pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel eggs out of shell and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl. Mash yolks until smooth, add mayo. Mix until a smooth paste forms. Mix in chives, mustard, cayenne, salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture into halves. Dust lightly with paprika. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
