1 lb sheep's cheese (feta is similar)
2 large onions, thinly sliced
4-6 large tomatoes (or 3 beef tomatoes), thinly sliced
Ground herbs (rosemary, thyme, lemon peel, oregano)
Olive oil
1 loaf of French bread
Green salad

Directions:
Directions:
Layer slices of sheep's cheese in an oblong baking dish, covering with sliced tomatoes and onions. Liberally sprinkle with ground herbs and cover with olive oil.

Bake in a moderate oven until onions and cheese are soft. Serve with French bread and a green salad.
