1 egg
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 C crumbled blue cheese

Blend together. Serve with croutons and Romaine lettuce. Top with Parmesan cheese.
