Ingredients:  
1/2 lb.skinless boneless chicken breast
1/3 c.cornstarch
1 small egg
dash salt
oil for frying
1 T. cooking wine (sherry)
1 clove garlic minced
1 T. rice vinegar
1 T. sugar
2 T. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. ginger minced
1/8 tsp. hot pepper
1/3 c. roasted white sesame seeds
1 tsp. cornstarch with 1 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wine, vinegar, sugar, chicken broth and cornstarch together in small pan over high heat until thick. Remove from heat and set aside.
Sprinkle cornstarch over chicken then in egg. Then coat chicken with rest of cornstarch. Set aside.
Cook chicken in large skillet or wok in oil. Pour mixture that you set aside over chicken. Toss chicken with ginger and garlic. Add sesame seed last and toss.
