¼ small sweet onion
1 clove Garlic
4 oz Goat Cheese
½ cup Chicken Broth
Pinch of Nutmeg
Fresh Black Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Chop and saute onion and garlic

Add chicken broth, nutmeg and black pepper

Pour in blender, add goat cheese and blend to a smooth liquid.

Serve as dipping sauce for grilled asparagus or on top of Quik Braised Tri Tip (See recipe in Beef and Pork Section)
