1 "John Boat"
1 - 1" square piece of red felt
1 fishing pole (w/5lb.Tess line) &single barbed hook
Frog legs (40 or as many as you can land)
3 cups white flour
1 tsp each salt & pepper
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp each of basil, oregano, parsley
4 eggs
1 bottle of vegetable oil

Take John Boat, fishing pole & felt.
Go to local pond (a clean one).
Put felt on hook attached to fishing line on fishing pole.
Dangle felt in front of large bull frogs (you need to catch about 20) then cut their legs off.
Throw their body's back in the pond (dad said they would grow their legs back because they're amphibians, but I don't believe it.)

OK (back @ home)
Cut feet off & pull skin off the frog legs and rinse, then place in bowl with about 2 cups of milk and put aside.
Place all dry ingredients in large bowl and mix.
Put the eggs in a separate bowl & beat.
Put oil in a pan, electric frying pan, or fry-o-later heat to 350.
Pull frog legs from milk and place in bowl with eggs,
Take one leg at a time, roll in dry mix. Set aside.
Place 5 to10 frog legs in oil carefully,
cook till golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Bon-appetite... "Rivet-Rivet"

Tastes like chicken so if your "chicken of frogs", substitute with chicken wing drumettes. (no one will know the difference).
