MEATLOAF:
2 lbs. hamburger (or less)
1 yellow onion, diced
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 can Hunt’s tomato sauce (save other half for sauce)
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs

SAUCE:
1/2 can of tomato sauce, equal amount of water
1 tsp. vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
One squirt of yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl. Shape meatloaf ingredients into a loaf and place in regular baking pan, covering with sauce. Bake for approximately one hour, basting periodically with sauce.

Once cooked, reserve sauce, skim fat off top and serve on the side with meatloaf.
