20 chocolate Oreo cookies, crushed
¼ cup butter, melted
1 quart coffee ice cream
Whipping cream (1 cup heavy cream, whipped)
1/3 cup pecans or almonds, chopped
Fudge sauce (see recipe)

Directions:
Combine cookies and melted butter and press into 9-inch pie plate. Spread ice cream over crust and freeze. Make fudge sauce and spread over ice cream. Return to freezer. When set, top with whipped cream and garnish with nuts.
