1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
2/3 cup sugar
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
5 oz. evaporated milk (1 small can)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, sugar and chocolate. Cook slowly over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a slow boil. Gradually add milk and stir until thickened. Cool slightly and add vanilla.

Serve over ice cream. This may be doubled.
