1-2 T. olive oil

Preheat oven to 425. Snap ends off asparagus and drizzle with olive oil. Place asparagus in a single layer on baking sheet and sprinkle, generously, with sea salt. Bake for 15-25 minutes, depending on preferred tenderness of asparagus.

This is a quick and easy dish that is delicious on its own. Another option is to drizzle with balsamic browned butter by melting 2 T. butter until lightly browned, shaking pan occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in 2 T. soy sauce and 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar. Toss asparagus to coat.
