4 cup chicken stock
2 T. soy sauce
1 ½ T. molasses
2 T. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, pressed
¼ cup peanut butter
1/3 cup peanuts, chopped
1 cup cooked chicken, slivered
½ cup green onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine stock, soy, molasses, lemon juice, garlic. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Whisk in peanut butter, then simmer 5 more minutes. When ready to serve, stir in peanuts, chicken and green onion. Heat through.
