3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
11 graham crackers
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup pecans. chopped
1 carton whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites. Slowly add 1 c. sugar. Beat till stiff. Crush graham crackers and mix in 1 tsp. baking powder. Fold crackers into egg whites. Fold in 1 cup chopped nuts. Put into greased 9" pie pan.
Bake 350º for 25 min. Put sweetened whipped cream on top. Let set 6 hours before cutting.
