1 large bag of frozen sweet corn
1 block of cream cheese, cubed
l stick of butter, cut into pieces
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a crock pot and heat until melted (at least 1 hour on high, or several hours on low while you are making the rest of your meal). Stir periodically.
