6 lean sirloin steaks, 3 oz each
1 red onion
1/2 cucumber, finely sliced
1 lemongrass stalk, finely chopped
Juice of 2 limes
1-2 Tbsp fish sauce
2-4 red chilies, finely sliced
Cilantro (garnish)
Mustard cress (garnish)
2 Tbsp chopped scallions

1. Broil sirloin steaks until medium rare.
2. Thinly slice beef and put into large bowl.
3. Add sliced onion, cucumber, and lemongrass.
4. Add scallions, toss and season with lime juice and fish sauce.
5. Add garnish
