1 whole chicken
chicken bouillon
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup minute rice (more if you want)
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1 whole chicken until the meat falls off the bone. Let it completely cool in the pot and then take the meat off of the bone, take the bone out of the broth, skim the fat off the broth and put the meat back in the broth. You may need to add more liquid with the chicken bouillon. Add onion, carrot, celery, rice, salt and pepper. Cook until rice is tender.
