3 (10-oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (12 oz.) cubed cheddar cheese
2 cup potatoes, diced
2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preboil potatoes in water for about 10 minutes. Drain and add broth, broccoli and onion. Cook and stir and reduce heat to simmering. Add cheese and stir to prevent sticking. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately
