9 large potatoes
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Tastes best if refrigerated 12 to 24 hours before baking. Can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks.

Grease casserole.

Cook peeled potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain and mash until smooth. Mix in cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt and pepper until fluffy. Place in casserole. Cool, cover and refrigerate.

Preheat oven at 350. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes.
