1/4 C salad oil
1/2 C milk
1 egg
3/4 C sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Topping:
1/4 C brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad oil, egg and milk.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to milk mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 9x9" pan.
Topping:
Combine brown sugar, 1 tbsp flour , cinnamon and melted butter.
sprinkle on top of base mixture.
Bake 375º for 25 minutes.
