1 1/2 lb. ground beef
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 package taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 can crescent rolls
1 bag taco chips, crushed
8 oz. shredded Colby cheese
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain grease. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce and water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Grease a 9x13 pan, spread out crescent rolls and pat out to fill the pan. Let rise slightly. Spread 1/2 crushed chips over rolls, then cover with meat mixture, then sour cream and cheese. Cover with remaining crushed chips.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Let sit for 5 - 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with standard taco toppings - tomatoes, lettuce, olives, salsa, etc.
