1 lb Rhubarb
6 oz Plain Flour
3 oz margerine
3 oz soft brown sugar
3 tablespoons Custard powder
3oz Granulated Sugar
3/4 Pint of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Rhubarb into 1 inch pieces, rub margerine into flour, stir in brown sugar.
Blend custard powder and sugar together with a little of the milk. Bring remaining milk to the boil and pour over custard paste stirring at all time. Add pieces of Rhubarb to the custard and pour into dish. spinkle the crumble over the top and cook in centre of moderate oven 350º for 40 to 45 minutes
