5 lbs chick peas
Half bunch parsley, chopped
3/4 cups apricots, sliced thin
1/3 cup kalamata
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 Tbl garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbl paprika
1/2 Tbl Dijon
1/2 Tbl oregano
1/2 Tbl Marjoram
1/2 tsp black pepper

Rinse chick peas and drain. Mix all other ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours.
