7 oz pkg of cornbread mix
2 eggs
¼ cup oil
1 cup sour cream
1 cup creamed corn (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour in a lightly greased 8” baking pan. Bake at 400° for 35 min. or until golden brown. (You can double this recipe.)
