1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1 T. curry powder
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup tomato juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
pepper
3 cups cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
Hot cooked rice
Condiments (chutney, chopped peanuts, golden raisins)

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan cook the onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in the flour and curry. Add chicken broth, tomato juice and Worcestershire sauce. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Season to taste with pepper.
Stir in chicken or turkey; heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice. Pass condiments.
