12 lasagna noodles
1 T. salad oil
1 (10oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
2 T. minced green onions
1 15-oz. container ricotta cheese (2 cups)
1/4 c. grated parmesan
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 21-oz. jar tomato sauce
1 4-oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese (1 cup)

Cook noodles. Thaw broccoli and squeeze dry. Cook broccoli and onion 5 minutes in hot oil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in ricotta, parmesan, salt & egg. Drain noodles and spread on waxed paper. Spread mixture over noodles and roll up.Place some sauce in 12x8 inch dish; place rolled up lasagna over sauce; top with mozzarella and more sauce. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
