2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp shortening
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder.
Add shortening and mix well with fork
Beat egg and blend with milk.
Combine two mixtures. place in well greased pan.
Bake @375 for 20 minutes
