20 large sea scallops
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter
3 Tbsp minced garlic
10 slices of bacon
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In iron skillet fry 10 slices of bacon until done but not crispy. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. In bacon grease place 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic stirring together. Add the sea scallops and saute for about 2 or 3 minutes. Roll the individual sea scallops in the bread crumbs and wrap a 1/2 slice of bacon around the scallop. Hold it together with toothpick. Place wrapped scallops in casserole pan and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with seafood sauce.
