Apple Pie Recipe

5 Tart Peeled Apples
1 c. Sugar
2 T. Flour
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 T. Cider Vinegar
1 T. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Slice Apples and soak them with a tablespoon of lemon juice.
Mix in large bowl:
sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, vinegar
Mix in apples.
Dump the mixture into prepared pie crust. Place 4 chunks of butter on tip of apple filling. Place pie crust on top and seal. Bake your pie at 400 for 50-60 minutes. Place foil around edge of crust to prevent burning. For a glossy effect brush a small portion of egg white on top of the crust last 10 minutes of cooking.
