2 cups sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 sticks margarine or butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder; pinch of salt
1 cup coconut (optional)
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1 box powder sugar
1 stick margarine or butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream first 3 ingredients together.
Add eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix well.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and mix with previous mixture.
Add coconut and nuts. Stir well.
Cook in 9x13 pan at 350º for 35 minutes.

Topping:
Spread marshmallow cream over hot cake and allow to cool.

Cream together 1 box powdered sugar, 1 stick of margarine or butter, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 cup cocoa and 1 tsp. vanilla. Spread over cool cake.
