1 ½ sticks butter
1 onion chopped
2 teaspoons mustard
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 ½ packages Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Get a fat loaf of unsliced Italian or French bread with or without seeds. Cut the bread criss-cross but not all the way thru. Stuff onion and cheese into bread. Melt butter; add other ingredients. Pour into all the pockets. Wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the cheese melts. Can be unwrapped the last few minutes.
