10 eggs
4 cups jack cheese shredded (1 pound)
½ cup flour
½ cup butter (1/4 pound)
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cans (4 oz. each) diced green chilies, drained
½ teaspoon salt
butter or margarine
1 pint small curd cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and lemon colored. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, jack cheese and ½ cup butter. Mix until smooth. Stir in chilies.
Pour egg mixture into a self-buttered 9” X 13” baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is brown and center appears firm.
