First Layer:

1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped

Second Layer:

1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup Cool Whip

Third Layer:

1 can lemon Comstock pudding

Fourth Layer:

Remainder of Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
For First Layer: Crumble butter and flour. Add pecans. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool.
For Second Layer: Cream together sugar and cream cheese. Add 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
For Third Layer: Spread lemon pudding over second layer.
For Fourth Layer: Spread remainder of Cool Whip carefully over all and refrigerate.
